For larger projects such as web development or app development, delivery timelines may vary and will be communicated to the client.

5. Revisions

Clients may request revisions based on the selected service package.

Reasonable revisions will be provided to ensure client satisfaction. However, major changes beyond the agreed project scope may require additional charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service request within 24 hours of payment, provided that the project work has not started.

Once development or design work has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by the client
• Service not started after payment confirmation
• Technical error in order processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment completion, the final design or project files will be transferred to the client.

However, AASH Online reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

AASH Online shall not be responsible for:

• Business losses
• Loss of profits or data
• Delays caused by third-party hosting, servers, or integrations
