At Aashonline, we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. We understand that situations may arise that require the cancellation of services or requests for refunds. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

  1. Service-Based Projects:

    • Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel their service-based project without any penalty if the cancellation request is made before the project has commenced. Any initial deposit paid will be refunded in full.
    • After Project Commencement: If the project has already commenced, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to the point of cancellation. The cost of the completed work will be deducted from the initial deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
  2. Subscription-Based Services:

    • Monthly Subscriptions: Clients may cancel their monthly subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the current billing cycle.
    • Annual Subscriptions: Clients may cancel their annual subscription at any time. If the cancellation is made within the first 30 days of the subscription, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining months. No refunds will be provided after the first 30 days.

Cancellation by Aashonline

Aashonline reserves the right to cancel any project or subscription under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Payment: If the client fails to make the necessary payments as agreed, Aashonline may cancel the project or subscription.
  • Violation of Terms: If the client violates any terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement, Aashonline may cancel the project or subscription without any refund.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent Aashonline from delivering the agreed services, we will notify the client and provide a full refund of any payments made.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Service-Based Projects: If the client cancels the project before commencement, a full refund will be issued. If the project is canceled after commencement, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  • Subscription-Based Services: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days are eligible for a prorated refund. No refunds will be provided after the first 30 days of an annual subscription.

Refund Process

  1. Request for Refund: Clients must submit a request for a refund by contacting our support team at with the details of their request.
  2. Review and Approval: Upon receiving the refund request, our team will review the details and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
  3. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used by the client.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom software development fees for work already completed.
  • Monthly subscription fees after the billing cycle has commenced.
  • Any third-party service fees or products purchased through Aashonline.
